KAIZEN

Basically kaizen is a  Japanese management strategy. The word KAI means change, and ZEN means Good. But when those two are combined, it means a better change/ improvement.

During this whole year, we have learnt what the term “KAI ZEN” really means. To know a word is one thing but to understand the meaning of a term with depth and understanding is another. We have learnt that KaiZen is a good for both study management and time management.

This semester is a lot different than last semester - we’re allowed to choose our teammates. Now, we’re grouped alphabetically like the system in our 7th grade English. It’s probably not the best in the beginning, but it sure helped us to be more cooperative with people who’s not our close friends. Being grouped this way decrease the chances of missing out, and get distracted. We work faster, all in all, everything gets better.

At the start of this semester, we were already assigned to make projects, expected to be advanced and all that - we remembered term 3 as one of our most depressing momentum in our lives. Despite those desperate moments, we realized that our skill gets better and then we do it mindlessly as a habit. Last semester was a disaster, this semester’s legendary!

We expected  so much for our hard work and experience from last year’s catastrophe. We, work together in every class-related tasks, and were happy to present to you our year. We collaborate and speed things up to go as planned, and perfect. We improved day by day, and indeed will be number one !
