Requiring each one of us to teach one another on mostly each class has been a very effective way of learning. Not only that you can see your teammate understanding the topic and sharing his/her idea to you, you'll also, for sure, has more excitement understanding the topic. These ideas immerse to your brain and revising it for a test will be way more easier. Ldl also train each one of us to be more discipline and responsible, in this case, to prepare teaching for your group members.
