WEEK 2

~ WEEK 2 ~
DAY 1
Everyone in the team except Grace is not present today. They went home early due to flood and after this class, the rest of G8 were dismissed early, too. Today, Mr. Rick discussed about Bloom's Taxonomy and whatnots. He told us that our level last semester, based on bloom's, settles on level 2. Therefor this year, it will be strict. We need to go up top of the pyramid. We'll start expecting our LdLs to base on that, with twice or thrice work than last semester to make it clear.

DAY 2
Today's topic, The stage is Set for War 1. Our first Ldl this semester, taught by Grace. Most important parts we learned includes the common knowledge of knowing the fact that back then in the early 1900s, large empire was important for not only trade, also prestige. Trade as in having productive lands to produce products and trade with other nations. It is a very important part of the economy. Prestige for pride and power known worldwide, everyone wants to be proud of their hometown. It also gains trust for alliance, trade, etc. In our world today, this is also important. For example, you have a clothing factory, but to make your products cheaper and work more efficient, you build it somewhere with lots of resources and low wage workers such in Bangladesh, India. You also want to be proud of your household so having a factory overseas make you seem like your someone more special, you may not be known worldwide, but a heck lot of people will trust you and/or look up on you, giving you a somewhat, more power in the community. We realized that we need to pay more attention to not only today's teacher, but also Mr. Rick who's lecturing the whole class, giving us new ideas for a clearer view of our next new opening.
